Hey there! We know you’re super excited to get your new interior mods and start styling your ride. Because our products aren’t mass-produced sitting on a dusty shelf, every single item is custom-made and handcrafted specifically for you after you place your order.
Good things take a little time, especially when they are traveling across the globe. Here is exactly how our shipping process works:
How Long Will It Take? (Total Delivery Time)
Your total delivery time is broken down into two parts: Custom Crafting Time + Transit Time.
🛠️ Custom Crafting Time (Processing): 5 – 10 Business Days
To give you a 12-hour “grace period” just in case you need to change your mind, we deliberately wait before sending your order to the printers. Including this brief waiting period, it takes our team about 5 to 10 business days to print your custom designs, hand-finish the materials, perform strict quality checks, and pack your order at our global production studio.
✈️ Transit Time (Shipping): 7 – 15 Business Days
To bring you premium custom designs without the crazy retail markups, we ship your gear directly from our international crafting partners via tracked airmail. Once your package boards the plane, it typically takes 7 to 15 business days to reach your destination.
Tracking Your Vibe 📍 (Important Heads-up!)
As soon as your order leaves our facility, we will shoot you an email and SMS with your tracking number.
A quick tip for international tracking: Because your package is flying across the world, tracking updates might pause for a few days while it is clearing customs in your country. Don’t panic—this is completely normal! It will update again as soon as it is handed over to your local carrier (like USPS).
Customs & Import Duties
Since your gear is shipping internationally, your package may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes depending on your country’s laws. (For our US customers, orders under $800 are usually duty-free!). If any charges are applied, the buyer is responsible for covering them.
The “Locked-In” Rule: Cancellations & Design Changes
We get it, mistakes happen! That’s why we give you a 12-HOUR window from the moment you place your order to cancel or request a change.
🚨 Once those 12 hours pass, your design is officially LOCKED IN.
At that exact moment, your order is pushed directly to our manufacturing floor. Because production has officially started, we absolutely cannot accept any further modifications to your custom artwork, colors, text, or sizing. We also cannot cancel or refund the order just because you changed your mind or didn’t check the shipping times. Please double-check your designs before hitting checkout!
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
If your product arrives damaged or we completely messed up your custom design, don’t worry! Email us with photos immediately. While we don’t offer cash refunds for damaged goods, we will remake and exchange the product for you absolutely free of charge.
Lost or Undelivered Packages & Reshipping Fees
If your tracking hasn’t updated in forever and you haven’t received your package within 30 days of ordering, hit us up! We will investigate and make sure you get a replacement sent out.
However, we cannot provide refunds for items that are marked as “Undelivered” or “Returned to Sender” due to the following reasons:
You provided an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address at checkout.
The carrier made multiple failed delivery attempts because they couldn’t reach you.
The package was refused at the door.
Since your item is custom-made, if it gets sent back to our overseas warehouse for any of the reasons above, it cannot be resold. We will happily remake and reship it to your correct address, but the buyer will be responsible for a flat $9.99 reshipping fee. Under these circumstances, no refunds or design changes will be allowed.
