Overview

Hey there! Welcome to radmodride.com. We don’t do cheap stickers or basic slip-on covers here. We specialize in real, hardcore aesthetic hardware mods for your ride—from custom-molded key fob shells and bespoke emblems to high-performance caliper upgrades.

Before you start tearing down your car and checking out, take a quick minute to read through our rules. By hanging out on our site or buying our gear, you’re agreeing to everything below.

The General Stuff
This is the ultimate agreement between you and RadModRide. If we don’t call you out for breaking a rule right away, it doesn’t mean we’re letting it slide forever. Also, if something crazy happens that’s totally out of our control (like natural disasters, supply chain crashes, or shipping strikes), we can’t be held responsible.

⚠️ The DIY “Hard Mod” Disclaimer (The Serious Stuff)
We love the DIY community, but real hardware mods come with real responsibilities. By purchasing our gear and modding your car, you agree to the following conditions:

Custom Key Fob Shells: We provide the custom outer housing ONLY. You have to transplant the internal electronics (circuit board, battery, transponder chip) from your original OEM key. RadModRide is 100% NOT liable for any damage you cause to your original electronics during the swap. If you lose your immobilizer chip and your car won’t start, that is on you.

Custom Emblems & Badges: Removing factory emblems requires heat, dental floss, and patience. We are not responsible for any scratched paint, ruined clear coat, or body damage that occurs while you are removing your old badges or installing our custom ones.

Caliper Mods & Upgrades: Brakes get insanely hot, and they are the most critical safety feature of your vehicle. RadModRide is completely cleared of any liability regarding the installation of caliper covers, paints, or mods. If you install them incorrectly and it causes brake failure, wheel clearance issues, overheating, or accidents, we hold zero responsibility.

The Golden Rule: If you are not 100% confident in taking apart small electronics or working around your car’s exterior/brakes, TAKE IT TO A PROFESSIONAL SHOP. You assume all risks when you wrench on your own car.

The “Locked-In” Rule: Cancellations & Design Changes
Because our mods are custom-crafted, painted, or molded specifically for your vehicle’s make and model, we can only accept cancellations or order changes within 12 HOURS of placing your order.

🚨 Once those 12 hours pass, your design is officially LOCKED IN.
Your order is sent directly to our manufacturing floor. That means we absolutely cannot accept any further modifications to your custom artwork, colors, or sizing. We also cannot cancel the order just because you changed your mind or sold your car. Please double-check your vehicle year/model and designs before hitting checkout!

Refunds & Replacements
Because our hardware is custom-made just for you, we generally don’t do returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse.
We do not offer refunds if you decided the mod is “too hard to install,” if you don’t like the vibe, or if you ordered the part for the wrong car.
However, if our custom hardware arrives physically damaged or if the custom pattern you chose was printed incorrectly by our team, email us photos within 12 hours! We will happily remake and exchange the defective part for you completely free of charge.

Lost or Undelivered Packages & Reshipping Fees
If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days of ordering, hit us up! We will investigate and get a replacement sent out if it’s lost in transit.
But, we cannot provide refunds if your package is sent back to our warehouse because:

You gave us the wrong/incomplete shipping address.

The delivery driver couldn’t reach you after multiple attempts.

You refused the package at the door.
Since the item is custom-made, if it gets returned for these reasons, you will be responsible for a flat $9.99 reshipping fee before we send it out again.

Covering Our Backs (Indemnification)
If you break these rules or do something sketchy that ends up getting us sued (like uploading stolen art or trying to sue us because you scratched your own car door installing an emblem), you agree to cover our legal fees and any damages.
