📜 PrimeCarMod: The Garage Rules (Terms of Service)
What’s up, gearheads and shop owners. Welcome to PrimeCarMod. Let’s get one thing straight right out of the gate: we don’t do cheap mall-kiosk stickers or basic slip-on accessories here. We engineer real, Master Craftsmanship aesthetic hardware for your ride—from 1-of-1 Custom Key Mods and Cinematic Starlight Sunroof Films to Bespoke Quarter Window Ornaments, Crystal Shift Knobs, Digital LCD Clusters, and Puddle Lights. If you’re hanging out on our site, copping our gear for your personal build, or stocking up for your styling shop, you’re agreeing to the garage rules below.

⚠️ THE “RESPECT THE BUILD” DISCLAIMER (B2C & DIYers)
We love the DIY culture, but real mods come with real responsibilities.

Custom Key Mods: Listen, these aren’t just cheap keychains. We are talking about a full-blown, master-crafted mod for your actual OEM key. We help you ditch that cheap factory plastic for heavy-duty forged carbon and custom 1-of-1 paint that perfectly color-matches your wrap. It takes about 5 minutes to swap your internals over to the new mod, but just a heads up—PrimeCarMod isn’t liable if you mess up your circuit board or lose your immobilizer chip while you’re doing the swap. Take your time with it.

Plug-and-Play Gear: Our Starlight Films, Quarter Window Mods, and Puddle Lights feature a 100% Plug-and-Play, zero wire-splicing design. But you’re still dealing with your car’s interior. We hold zero liability if you break your headliner clips, crack a dash panel, or blow a fuse because you forced a connector.

Emblems & Badges: Peeling off factory badges takes a heat gun and extreme patience. We are not responsible for any ruined clear coats or scratched paint during your install.

🏆 THE GOLDEN RULE: If you aren’t 100% confident popping interior trims or swapping electronics, TAKE IT TO A PROFESSIONAL AUTO STYLING SHOP. You assume all risks when you wrench on your own car.

🤝 TO OUR B2B PARTNERS & STYLING SHOPS
To the wrap studios, detailers, and independent garages hooking up with our B2B program: We know the game. We engineer these mods to be the ultimate upsell for your clients with massive margins and zero labor drain. But let’s set the ground rules:

The Install is on You: We supply the master-crafted hardware; you supply the labor. If your techs break a client’s OEM key board or snap a dashboard trim during the install, that liability falls entirely on your shop.

Low MOQ, High Commitment: Whether you are ordering a batch of Custom Key Mods or outfitting three cars with Starlight Films, once a wholesale or B2B order hits our manufacturing floor, it cannot be canceled or refunded just because your client backed out. Get your deposits upfront, bro.

⏳ THE “LOCKED-IN” RULE (For Everyone)
Because we literally custom-craft, paint, and mold these mods specifically for a chassis, we can only accept cancellations or order changes within 12 HOURS of you placing the order.
🚨 Once those 12 hours are up, your build is officially LOCKED IN on our manufacturing floor. That means we cannot modify designs, change colors, or cancel the order just because you changed your mind or sold your car. Please double-check your specs before you hit checkout!

🔄 REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
Our hardware represents the absolute pinnacle of bespoke craftsmanship. Because of that, we don’t do returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse.
We don’t offer refunds if you decide the mod is “too hard to install,” if you aren’t feeling the vibe once it’s on, or if you ordered the part for the wrong car.

The Exception: If your gear shows up physically damaged from shipping, or if our team completely messed up the custom pattern you chose, email us photos within 12 hours of delivery. We stand by our work, and we’ll happily remake and exchange the defective part for you, completely on the house.

📦 LOST PACKAGES & RESHIPPING
If your tracking goes dark and hasn’t updated in 30 days, hit us up. We’ll look into it and get a replacement sent out if it’s genuinely lost.
But hey, if your package gets sent back to our warehouse because you gave us a bad address, you missed the delivery driver, or you refused it at the door, you’ll need to cover a flat $9.99 reshipping fee before we send it back your way.
