You’re not buying off-the-shelf mass production here. Every piece of PrimeCarMod hardware is a genuine OEM shell, custom-finished based on your specific make, model, and aesthetic specs. That’s why we enforce the strictest 12-hour lock policy in the game. Once we start prepping and coating, there’s no going back.

• 🟢 The First 12 Hours (The Sweet Spot): For the first 12 hours after you pay, your order is pending. Realized you picked the wrong year? Want to switch up the colorway? Hit us up immediately via email with “URGENT ORDER UPDATE” and your order number. We’ll tweak it or cancel it, no questions asked.
• 🔴 After 12 Hours (Locked and Loaded): Once that clock hits zero, your specs are sent straight to our custom coating line. Shells are prepped; clear coats are curing. At this point, your design is permanently locked in. We absolutely cannot accept any design changes, vehicle swaps, or offer refunds. Double-check your ride’s specs before you hit checkout.
